Here’s what you get:

A 90-minute on-demand session for less than the cost of takeout

What’s included:

Most parents are drowning in information but starving for application.

In this audit, you aren't just learning theory,

you are looking at your specific dynamic & making a plan.

Here is what you will achieve in this training

Stop Hoarding "Tools," Start Getting Results: Discover the root cause of the behavior so you can finally make your existing strategies stick—instead of adding more surface-level fluff to your mental checklist.

End the "Waiting Game": A specific protocol to stop meltdowns before or during the explosion—so you are no longer held hostage for hours waiting for your child to be "ready for reason."

Sensitive ≠ Fragile: How to build deep resilience in your child so they can handle obstacles independently… proving that high sensitivity is a temperament trait, not a disorder.

How is this different from your intensive program, Bootcamp?

This is a 90 minute on-demand recording. It does not include coaching services. This training will help you determine the causes and your impact on your family's dynamic, and create a plan to end the cycle in your household on your own. You will also learn about my other services. If you are interested in working with the team directly, completion of this training is required.

Who this is NOT for:

This training is not comprehensive enough for you if your child is having meltdowns because they are autistic level 2 or 3.

This training is not for you if your child is having meltdowns because they have experienced extreme, complex trauma (incarceration of a parent, consistent, multiple incident physical or sexual abuse, unstable caregiving: foster care, exposure to drugs in utero, or experienced a traumatic brain injury). If your child is experiencing these meltdown causes, please email our team for a more appropriate referral at [email protected]
