116. How One Parent Went Through Multiple Aggressive Meltdowns a Day All the Way Down to Zero

Megan and her husband Paul were at their wits end and had run through three different therapists in two years!

They were starting to think that their five year old was just going to be one of those kids that just isn't parent-able, until they stumbled upon our work and had a call with us.

Breaking out of this pattern requires you to change the way that you think about your child and what's possible, start to be playful even if it feels totally out of your wheelhouse and systematically break out of the meltdown cycle and notice what you are doing to keep the pattern going in the first place. 

Though many of those tactics are part of our strategy, they are often the exact opposite of what you'll hear from professionals that you engage with.
